The masses and residues of the radially excited heavy $\Omega_c^{0}$ and $ \Omega_b^{-}$ baryons with spin-parity $J^{P}=\frac{1}{2}^{+}$ and $J^{P}= \frac{3}{2}^{+}$ are calculated by means of QCD two-point sum rule method using the general form of their interpolating currents. In calculations the quark, gluon and mixed vacuum condensates up to ten dimensions are taken into account. In $\Omega_c^{0}$ channel a comparison is made with the narrow excited states recently observed by the LHCb Collaboration.
