The OPCC observable is IRC finite and factorizes into the Sivers distribution plus a perturbatively calculable charge-weighted jet function, eliminating dependence on non-perturbative fragmentation functions via charge conservation.

abstract
We evaluate the light-cone operator product expansion for the unpolarized transverse momentum dependent (TMD) operator in the background-field technique up twist-3 inclusively. The next-to-leading order (NLO) matching coefficient for the Sivers function is derived. The method, as well as many details of the calculation, are presented.

Tree-level and one-loop collinear matching relations are computed for leading-power gluon TMD PDFs, yielding the first Wandzura-Wilczek approximation for the gluon worm-gear T distribution along with a closed-form mass correction series.
Defines an IRC-safe one-point charge correlator in DIS, relates it to a new nucleon charge correlator in the forward limit and to TMDs in the back-to-back limit, with SCET derivations verified in QCD to O(alpha_s^2) and resummations to NLL/N3LL.
Global QCD analysis extracts genuine twist-three PDFs from g2, d2 and SIDIS asymmetries, confirming their universality and factorization validity.
One-loop quark TMD calculation in projectile light-cone gauge produces CSS evolution equations whose rapidity structure is compared to the target gauge result.
